We do not use data for unrelated purposes.
4. AI Processing

- AI responses may not always be accurate
5. Tracking Technologies
We may use limited tracking technologies (such as cookies or similar tools) to:
- Maintain sessions
- Improve functionality
- Analyze usage
We do not use tracking for advertising or cross-app tracking.
6. How We Share Data
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data:
- With service providers (hosting, authentication, infrastructure)
- With trusted partners strictly for Service operation
- When required by law
- To prevent fraud or misuse
None of the above includes text messaging opt-in data or consent, and we do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes (see Text Messaging).
7. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services such as:
- Authentication providers (Google, Apple)
- Cloud infrastructure and databases
- Automation and API services
- Messaging and calling providers (Twilio)
These services process data only as needed.
8. Google Calendar Data
When you connect Google Calendar, LeadReply requests permission to access events on Google calendars you own. LeadReply uses this access to check requested appointment times for conflicts and, when an authorized user confirms an action, to create, update, reconcile, or delete LeadReply appointment events.
A LeadReply-created event may include the appointment date and time, business time zone, service address, job title, customer name, customer phone number, and appointment notes already stored in LeadReply. LeadReply may read existing Calendar event data needed to determine conflicts and may read the identifier, status, link, version, time, and location of a LeadReply-managed event to keep it synchronized. Raw existing Calendar events are not returned to the LeadReply app or to other customers.
LeadReply stores backend-only OAuth access and refresh tokens, token expiry, the selected calendar identifier, LeadReply-managed event identifiers and links, and synchronization timestamps and snapshots needed to provide the integration. LeadReply never receives or stores your Google password. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. LeadReply’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke LeadReply access from your Google Account permissions. When the LeadReply business workspace that owns the Calendar connection is deleted, its stored Calendar connection and OAuth tokens are deleted. Removing one member from a shared workspace does not remove the business-owned Calendar connection used by remaining members. Events already created in Google Calendar remain there unless they are deleted separately.
9. Text Messaging (SMS)
Businesses can use LeadReply to text customers who requested their services. For these messages LeadReply acts as a service provider to the Business. We process the customer’s phone number, message content, delivery status and opt-in/opt-out status only to send, receive, store and manage those messages for that Business.
We use Twilio Inc. to send and receive text messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Service providers that deliver messages for us, such as Twilio, receive this information only to deliver those messages.
Text messages and delivery records are kept with the Business’s conversation history while the Business account exists and are deleted with it. Records of consent and opt-out requests are kept for the same period, or longer if the law requires.
Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
