Account Deletion Request
This page explains how LeadReply users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your LeadReply account and associated data at any time.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open LeadReply.
- Go to Settings → Account → Account Deletion.
- Follow the instructions on the account deletion page.
If this option is not visible in your current app version, please use the email method below.
Option 2 — By email
- Send an email to support@leadreply.app from the email address associated with your LeadReply account.

Account deletion request - We will verify your identity, process the deletion request, and confirm by email.
We normally process account deletion requests within 14 days.
What gets deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, we delete or disconnect data associated with your LeadReply account, including:
- Account credentials, such as email address and authentication identifiers
- User profile and owner record
- Dialogs and messages associated with the account
- Push notification tokens
- Usage events and in-app analytics tied to the account
- Thumbtack connection tokens, if connected
What may be retained
Some limited data may be retained when required for security, legal, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
- Anonymized or aggregated usage statistics that cannot reasonably identify you
- Basic transactional or security logs, if required, for up to 12 months
- Backup copies that may contain account data until backups are overwritten, typically within 30 days
Effect of deletion
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After deletion, you will need to create a new account if you want to use LeadReply again.
