What is LeadReply?

What is a Thumbtack autoresponder?
A Thumbtack autoresponder sends a fast initial reply when a new lead arrives, helping you acknowledge the customer even when you are busy or away from your phone.
Does LeadReply work inside Thumbtack?
Yes. LeadReply connects through a Thumbtack account authorization flow, and supported messages appear in the Thumbtack conversation.
Does LeadReply ask for my Thumbtack password?
No. LeadReply uses an account authorization flow and does not ask you to provide or store your Thumbtack password.
Can I reply manually?
Yes. You remain in control and can continue a conversation manually from the LeadReply inbox whenever needed.
What are Smart Follow-Ups?
Smart Follow-Ups are included with Pro and Business. If a customer goes quiet, LeadReply can send a natural reminder based on the latest conversation instead of repeating the same generic template.
How many Follow-Ups can LeadReply send?
Up to three Follow-Ups can be sent during one conversation. You can choose a Gentle, Recommended, or Active pace.
Will Follow-Ups pause when the customer replies?
Yes. Follow-Ups pause when the customer replies or you take over. They do not send after a confirmed appointment, when the lead is ready for you, after the conversation is closed, or when you cancel them for that lead.
Does LeadReply automatically call new leads?
Not yet. An owner-first call bridge is in development. For an eligible new Thumbtack lead, LeadReply is designed to call you first with a short summary and connect you to the customer only after you press 1. It is not Voice AI, and no release date has been announced.
Can I disconnect my Thumbtack account?
Yes. You can disconnect the integration when you no longer want LeadReply connected to your account.
Is a credit card required to start?
No credit card is required to begin with the available free plan.

No service can guarantee business results. LeadReply is designed to help you respond faster and stay organized, while customer decisions depend on many factors.
